Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak sale periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders from our USA and International warehouses, depending on product availability and your delivery location. This helps us keep delivery times reasonable for customers worldwide.

Shipping Guarantee
Every FannyCap order is fully guaranteed.
If your package is lost, damaged, or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, simply contact us at support@thefannycap.com.
We’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund — no hassle, no sweat.
Expedited Shipping
We do offer expedited shipping for certain destinations.
However, this option incurs a significantly higher cost and is generally recommended for urgent and/or high-value orders.
If you’d like to upgrade to express shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a custom quote.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Unfortunately, FannyCap has no control over these fees or possible delays caused by customs processing.
